Leaf Gelatine
Unless otherwise stated all recipes that contain leaf gelatine have been tested with Super Cook (Dr Oetker) Fine Leaf Gelatine.
4 leaves (6.66g) sets 570ml /1 pint (soft set)
5 leaves (8.33g) sets 570ml / 1 pint (firm set)
If you use another brand you may need to adjust the quantities of gelatine.
