Vegetable linguine and noodles can easily be made with a piece of equipment called a 'Spiraliser' such as the 'Lurch Spiralo' shown below.
You place the peeled vegetable on the central spike, push the handle down firmly to secure it and begin to turn the handle. As you turn, it is transformed into long strands.
Suction pads hold the Spiralo firmly to the work surface so that it doesn't wobble or slide which is always a bonus!
